Registration
Registration to AIxIA 2024 is now open.
The conference is reserved for members with an active membership of the AIxIA association.
If you are already a member, please verify that your membership for 2024-2025 is active by logging into your personal account on the AIXIA website (https://aixia.it/en/mio-account/members-area/).
If your membership is active, you will be able to register for the conference by purchasing the “Conference” product through your account under the “MyProfile” menu.
If your membership has expired, you will need to renew it before registering to the conference.
If you are not a member yet, please first apply for a membership. To do this, create a personal account on the AIXIA website (https://aixia.it/en/mio-account/) and then purchase a membership plan https://aixia.it/en/diventa-socio/.

Please consider that if you pay the membership activation/renewal or the conference registration by bank transfer, payment confirmation may take some days!
At least one author of each paper accepted to the main track, discussion track or workshop must register for the conference.
The publication of each paper in the conference proceedings requires that at least one author is registered.
All attendees must register for the conference; the registration fee depends on the attendee’s status (“student” or “regular”) as follows.

Student and Regular Registration Fee: covers the conference, the workshops, satellite events, and access to the proceedings; it includes lunches/coffee breaks for all the days of the conference and the welcome reception. The fee does not include AIxIA membership nor the social dinner.
Student Full and Regular Full Registration Fee: covers the conference, the workshops, satellite events and access to the proceedings; it includes lunches/coffee breaks for all the days of the conference, the welcome reception and the social dinner. The fee does not include the AIxIA membership.
Student on site and Regular on-site Registration Fee: covers the conference, the workshops, satellite events and access to the proceedings; it includes lunches/coffee breaks for all the days of the conference, the welcome reception. The fee does not include the AIxIA membership nor the social dinner. Tickets for the social dinner may be not available.Note: On-site registration will be accepted only with PayPal/credit card payment. We cannot accept bank transfers or cash payments on-site. The availability for the social dinner for this registration will need to be verified.

Additional information on payment modalities and receipts
- Payments can be made via PayPal/credit card or bank transfer (in the case of bank transfer, the receipt will be issued after the payment has been verified, therefore it may require some days).
- VAT exempt fiscal receipts for membership or conference registration will be issued in the name of the registered person. No invoices will be issued.
- Collective entities like universities or companies can issue a single payment for the registration of multiple individuals (members and/or students) by bank transfer. In that case, AIxIA can issue debit notes that include all the names of the beneficiaries, to the ordering entity. Debit notes can be requested by contacting: segretario@aixia.it Please provide the necessary details, including to whom the debit note should be addressed and what is being ordered (membership type and registration type).
- Caveat: All beneficiaries, even if the collective is paying upon receipt of the debit note, are still required to follow the instructions provided above and request a membership registration order or a conference registration order through the website, selecting bank transfer as the payment method and waiting for the ordering entity to make the bank transfer.
